Women Against Fantasy Sports

Danger himself would admit that he has a serious addiction to his fantasy team. At the breakfast table on a Sunday morning he’s on the computer making his trades. I pretty much write him off on Sundays, he just hangs out in “Man Town” with the guys from kickoff at 1pm-? (after I go to bed for the night)
It’s all good though, I go to mom’s house and eat a delicious dinner.

Yes, Danger is all about his fantasy football team, but I don’t think it’s that bad where I need to join this group…but it is pretty funny.

Danger and are off to Turning Stone today for my old college suitemate’s wedding. I love weddings but I always cry no matter how close I am with the bride. What a great place to have a wedding, I’m thinking the reception will not last long, at least many of the guys will excuse themselves early. 

Danger said he’s taking money out of his personal account b/c he doesn’t want to “bankrupt” the family…Oh great. 

Sunday is the big day…Danger will for the 1st time run the full Rochester Marathon.  I am so proud to say that!  He’s awesome.  I don’t think I would have the willpower to run 26miles straight.  I just hope it doesn’t downpour.
Either way Leah and I are going to try and follow him during the route.

After listening to that woman’s story who called up this morning about how her man after 20yrs of marriage cheated on her with a stalker woman who pushed herself on him, is it true that all men cheat or at least could be “broken down” to cheat?
I’d like to think not.
But let us say that the temptation is there (like it always is) and there would be no chance of him getting caught, then would the statement be true?

I’m really starting to think about this…We talked to my sister’s friend this morning about how her finace’ often talks to an ex on Facebook.  Usually his wall to wall comments are about the wedding plans.  It’s obvious that he’s trying to prove something to his ex right?

I’m torn, this morning I said that I didn’t think it was a big deal to accept a friend request from an ex but now I don’t know…

Halloween is just around the corner.  I don’t really like dressing up but I usually sport some goofy hat on Halloween night when I answer the door, I want to be the fun cool mom.

Leah wants to be Hannah Montana.  I personally think it’s premature for her to be into Miley Cyrus already but that’s beside the point.  Do I have to dish out $25-40 on a Hannah Montana costume when I can easily just open up Leah’s closet?  She could wear her pleated skirt with tights, her Hannah Montana shirt with a short jacket.  She has a million “play” microphones at home I even have a blonde wig.  

I think this time I’m going to put my foot down.  If Leah does end up wearing a cheep looking Hannah Montana store bought costume it’ll be b/c of Danger.  He tends to cave into her ever need.  Man does she have him wrapped :)
